Orders & Shipping
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard and Apple Pay. The order amount will be captured from your account as soon as your order has been placed. You will be required to make 100% payment, plus shipping fees at the time of ordering. All transactions are secure and encrypted. We never store your credit card information.
Prices shown on the site are in USD dollars. Currency conversion fees may be added based on your bank’s policies. We are unable to cover these extra costs.
Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you notice any error on your order confirmation, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an invoice containing your order details and tracking number.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We allow size and product exchanges for full-priced items only; strictly no cancellations. Once your order starts being processed, we will no longer be able to cancel or modify it. All exchanges must be in original, brand new condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with it original packaging.
Please contact us at email@example.com to notify us of the exchange before mailing it out. Upon confirmation, please return the garment(s) via registered post only. All postage fees incurred will be borne by the customer.
All exchanges must be returned securely packaged with our permission through email within 5 working days (Singapore orders) and 14 working days (international orders) from receipt of package by the customer. Items intended for exchange that are received in unsatisfactory condition will not be accepted and returned, with all shipping costs incurred to be borne by the customer.
Duties & Taxes
The prices displayed are exclusive of all shipping fees, taxes and duties. Shipping fees, taxes and duties may apply, determined by your local customs authority. These payments must be fulfilled in order for your order to be released from customs. For more information, please consult your local customs authority. The cost of shipping and any import taxes, and duties paid are non-refundable.
Free shipping within Singapore.
Free international shipping is valid for orders over $500 USD per transaction.
International Shipping - $40 USD Flat Rate Shipping via DHL Express.
We only produce what you have ordered to minimize our environmental impact. You will get your handmade products according to the production time required (5 - 14 Business Days).
All orders will take up approximately 5 - 14 business days to process and shipped via DHL Express as soon as we receive the items from our production studio. A tracking number will be emailed once your package has been sent out. Please provide a contact number (including country code) in your order.
Whilst we make every effort to ship your order as quickly as outlined above, unforeseen delays in shipping due to COVID-19 Restrictions or during peak trade times may occasionally occur, please note that orders may be delayed by 3-5 business days and delivery times may be longer than usual. We thank you for your understanding.
Delivery is made to the addressee on the order confirmation. If you are not there to accept delivery, your order will be returned to us in Singapore, and all costs associated with the return will be borne by the customer.
