We only produce our products when your order is finalized and we carefully run a quality check on each of every piece before it ships out to our customers. Therefore, we are unable to perform returns or refunds due to a change of mind.

We allow size and product exchanges for full-priced products only – subject to stock availability; strictly no returns or refunds. All exchanges must be in original, brand new condition - unworn, unwashed, unused and with all tags attached and associated packaging in original condition.

Garments received with make-up marks will not be accepted for exchange as all returned merchandise need to be in a re-saleable state.

Pre-orders and custom orders are not available for return or refunds.

Please contact us at to notify us of the exchange before mailing it out. Upon confirmation, please return the garment(s) via registered post only. All postage fees incurred will be borne by the customer.

All exchanges must be returned securely packaged with our permission through email within 5 working days (Singapore orders) and 14 working days (international orders) from receipt of package by the customer.

Unless the garment is deemed to be faulty, in the event that the returned garment has been assessed as being worn, damaged, altered or has had tags removed, or has been returned outside of the stipulated time frame, MICHMIKA will be unable to process your return and will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your garments advising you of this. At this time MICHMIKA will provide you with options regarding returning the garment or garments to you at your cost.

MICHMIKA reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not comply with our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

How To Make A Return For Exchange?

Kindly contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at stating the reason for your return. Please include all details of the item you wish to return for exchange. You will be informed about the approval or rejection of your return request via email.
